BeFIT All Natural Energy Bars



  • Cooking Spray
  • 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
  • 2/3 cup Kellogg’s All-Bran Buds
  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Raw Almonds
  • 1 cup Dried Figs
  • 1 cup Ocean Spray Craisins
  • 1/2 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Local Honey
  • 4 Egg Whites


Preheat the oven to 350°. Coat 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place the oats, bran buds, whole wheat flour, almonds, figs, craisins, cinnamon, ginger and cocoa powder into a food processor; coarsely chop. Add the honey and egg whites; pulse until well mixed. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking pan. Bake in oven until the edges are lightly browned (about 20 minutes). Cool in baking pan for 15 minutes; then cut into 16 bars. Enjoy!
