BeFIT Health Studio is a non-membership private training studio. Our philosophy is to use functional integrated training to help improve the quality of our clients’ lives. Our studio is an upscale and friendly environment, where highly skilled certified personal trainers use top of the line functional equipment to focus on their clients’ needs, and where every client’s program is designed specifically to meet his or her fitness goal.

Through education and guidance our clients can gradually and safely commit to long-term exercise and healthy living. Through a customized program of consistent exercise and quality nutrition, our certified personal trainers help our clients:

    Co-Founder of BeFIT Health Studio and father/family man. I believe that individual success is highly correlated with the motivation and support by the people around you. That’s why I enjoy getting the whole family involved with the fitness of my clients. Walks on the beach, bike rides, playing in the pool, and getting involved in outdoor activities are ways I enjoy exercising, and I highly recommend for my clients and their families. Our greatest support and success comes from our loved ones.

    I feel that Fitness is the foundation to overall Health and Wellness and that getting fit is the first step to a new and healthy lifestyle. My number one goal is to help my clients reach their fitness goals and improve their family’s quality of life.

    Whether you’re a high school athlete or fit over 55, you need balance, core strength, and flexibility. These are the personal goals I have for all of my clients and it reflects in my training style. I focus on all aspects of fitness and use functional training to gain: strength, endurance, posture, balance, stability, and flexibility.

    As Co-Founder of BeFIT Health Studio and a Personal Trainer, my passion is to help all our clients to achieve and exceed all of their personal health and fitness goals. This passion stems from my own personal experience and struggles with weight loss. Through a lifestyle change consisting of making smart and healthy choices to be fit and eat right I have successfully lost and kept off 60 lbs.I enjoy sharing with others what I have learned in hopes that they will build a lifelong love of fitness while changing their lives for the better.

    Since 2001, I have enthusiastically used my knowledge, personal experience, and understanding to educate and motivate my clients. My main goal is to help make life changing levels of strength, energy, flexibility, balance and overall health and wellness.  I enjoy working with all types of people at all different levels of health and fitness. Helping our clients improve their lives through fitness definitely keeps me inspired and motivated.

    I am also a father/family man that enjoys spending time with my wife and two young boys.  I am an avid mountain biker, deep sea fisherman and generally love the outdoors of Florida.

    As a fitness professional, I am continually striving to evolve in all aspects of making training “personal” for my clients. I am forever grateful that my clients have empowered me over the years to feel like I am an extended member of their families. Our relationships extend beyond the time we train together and there is no greater satisfaction than knowing that my role as a friend and motivator has resulted in measurable improvements in their quality and enjoyment of living life.

    “Variety” most describes my style of training. I have been fortunate to have been surrounded by some phenomenal trainers and group fitness instructors that have inspired me in their areas of expertise to incorporate into my individualized programs and group workouts. I have had the privilege of working with everybody from large groups at basketball camps to working with clients needing rehabilitation. VARIETY is the SPICE OF LIFE!!

    Outside of the studio, I love to be outdoors. My hobbies include surfing, biking, inline skating and sports like soccer, tennis and volleyball. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I hope that I can assist you in making it a part of yours.

    Fitness has been in my life for as long as I can remember.  Being active is something that has been ingrained in me and I believe will always be a part of my life.  I enjoy just about any type of activity and can be competitive just to make life a little more interesting.  I feel Newton’s First Law of Motion (an object that is in motion stays in motion) applies to health and fitness.  Your body is a machine that never stops working, so in order to stay active you must be active.

    My role as a fitness professional is to fulfill objectives, exceed goals, and to be creative.  That said, I provide training that is tailored to your interests so that you have an enjoyable experience.  I welcome anyone that is willing to take the next step in to a better active life.

    Types of training that I incorporate but am not limit to:  running mechanics, bone health specialists, kettle bell, suspension, pre-habilitation, corrective exercise, weight loss, weight gain, group fitness, metabolic conditioning, testosterone optimization training, functional movement screening (FMS), strength and conditioning, sports specific and special populations.
