BeFIT Health Studio is a non-membership private training studio. Our philosophy is to use functional integrated training to help improve the quality of our clients’ lives. Our studio is an upscale and friendly environment, where highly skilled certified personal trainers use top of the line functional equipment to focus on their clients’ needs, and where every client’s program is designed specifically to meet his or her fitness goal.

Through education and guidance our clients can gradually and safely commit to long-term exercise and healthy living. Through a customized program of consistent exercise and quality nutrition, our certified personal trainers help our clients:

    Co-Founder of BeFIT Health Studio and father/family man. I believe that individual success is highly correlated with the motivation and support by the people around you. That’s why I enjoy getting the whole family involved with the fitness of my clients. Walks on the beach, bike rides, playing in the pool, and getting involved in outdoor activities are ways I enjoy exercising, and I highly recommend for my clients and their families. Our greatest support and success comes from our loved ones.

    I feel that Fitness is the foundation to overall Health and Wellness and that getting fit is the first step to a new and healthy lifestyle. My number one goal is to help my clients reach their fitness goals and improve their family’s quality of life.

    Whether you’re a high school athlete or fit over 55, you need balance, core strength, and flexibility. These are the personal goals I have for all of my clients and it reflects in my training style. I focus on all aspects of fitness and use functional training to gain: strength, endurance, posture, balance, stability, and flexibility.

    As a Fitness Educator and Motivator, my main goal is to help make life changing levels of strength, energy, flexibility, balance and overall health and wellness. I enthusiastically use my knowledge, my personal experience, and my understanding to educate and motivate my clients and to help them to achieve and exceed all of their personal health and fitness goals. This passion stems from my own personal success story and experience with weight loss and fitness. Through an overhaul on my lifestyle, consisting of making smart and healthy choices to be fit and eat right I have successfully lost and kept off 65 lbs. I enjoy sharing with others my trials and tribulations in hopes that they will build a lifelong love of fitness while changing their lives for the better.

    I enjoy working with all types of people at all different levels of health and fitness. Helping my clients improve their lives through fitness definitely keeps me inspired and motivated.

    I am also a father and family man that enjoys spending time with my wife and two young boys.  I am an avid mountain biker and love being outdoors.

    As a fitness professional, I am continually striving to evolve in all aspects of making training “personal” for my clients. I am forever grateful that my clients have empowered me over the years to feel like I am an extended member of their families. Our relationships extend beyond the time we train together and there is no greater satisfaction than knowing that my role as a friend and motivator has resulted in measurable improvements in their quality and enjoyment of living life.

    “Variety” most describes my style of training. I have been fortunate to have been surrounded by some phenomenal trainers and group fitness instructors that have inspired me in their areas of expertise to incorporate into my individualized programs and group workouts. I have had the privilege of working with everybody from large groups at basketball camps to working with clients needing rehabilitation. VARIETY is the SPICE OF LIFE!!

    Outside of the studio, I love to be outdoors. My hobbies include surfing, biking, inline skating and sports like soccer, tennis and volleyball. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and I hope that I can assist you in making it a part of yours.
