Pumpkin Smoothie

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 oz vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 1/2 c canned pumpkin
  • 1 tart apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1 c ice

 DIRECTIONS

Combine all in a blender and mix until blended. Serve cold.  Makes 1 serving
