The Truth About Skipping Meals


Skipping meals is not the answer for healthy weight loss. The way to lose weight is to find a sensible weight loss plan that includes making healthier eating choices, exercising, and eating throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. Skipping meals will put your body into starvation mode causing your metabolism to slow down and store fat. Eating small healthy meals throughout the day will speed up your metabolism, keep your hunger at bay, and burn fat.  Losing weight takes time and perseverance, but the payoff is a healthier life in which you can easily maintain your weight loss.
