Group Fitness Classes
Group Training is an excellent way to challenge yourself and build camaraderie amongst other members. The group training concept offers accountability, motivation and the development of a peer network to continually drive your own goal-oriented results. Our group sizes are smaller which allows for more individualized attention. It is a great way to have fun and BeFIT!
Our Lake Mary facility has a 650 sq. ft. air conditioned group exercise room with the capability to host a number of fitness classes. We offer drop-in rates for all of our group training sessions or buy a package and mix and match any of our small group fitness classes.

- 12 – 55 minute sessions: $12/session ($36 savings)
- 24 – 55 minute sessions: $11/session ($96 savings)
- 36 – 55 minute sessions: $10/session ($180 savings)
Our BeFIT Boot Camp workout will lead you through several high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories. The workout moves quickly, taking you from one exercise to the next with little or no rest. We will use stair steps, dumbbells, kettlebells, and all sorts of balancing devices, body weight and even some resistance bands. This fitness class is efficient because you work your entire body– heart and muscles–by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises. It’s challenging, fun, and most of all, boot camps are effective.
Cardio Kickboxing is a Full-body martial arts style training experience designed to increase fitness, wellness, body awareness, relieve stress, focus and self-defense. Cardio Kickboxing mixes punches, kicks, elbows and knees with resistance drills. Finally, we finish with a relaxing stretching and breathing routine to help center the mind and the body.
Zumba is an extremely fun cardiovascular dance exercise routine that easy to follow and burns calories at the same time. Zumba choreography combines both salsa and hip hop music along with high-energy dancing, strength training and toning exercises. Participants can burn anywhere from 500-1000 calories in an hour class.
At BeFIT, our Circuit Blast classes are designed to give you a total body strength and conditioning workout. These classes have been influenced by some of the best proven training techniques and are intended for all levels of fitness. Our goal is to accelerate your fat-burning potential and increase your overall energy levels throughout the day.
Circuit Blast will additionally address increasing flexibility, improving your core strength, and preventing potential injuries, while improving everyday bodily function.
