Group Fitness Classes

Group Training is an excellent way to challenge yourself and build camaraderie amongst other members. The group training concept offers accountability, motivation and the development of a peer network to continually drive your own goal-oriented results. Our group sizes are smaller which allows for more individualized attention. It is a great way to have fun and BeFIT!

Our Lake Mary facility has a 700 sq. ft. air conditioned group exercise room with the capability to host a number of fitness classes. We offer drop-in rates for all of our group training sessions or buy a package and mix and match any of our small group fitness classes.

  • 1 – 55 minute session: $15
  • 12 – 55 minute sessions: $14/session ($12 savings)
  • 24 – 55 minute sessions: $13/session ($48 savings)
  • 36 – 55 minute sessions: $12/session ($108 savings)
  • Small Group Personal Traning

    At BeFIT, our small group personal training classes are designed to give you a total body strength and conditioning workout. These classes have been influenced by some of the best proven training techniques and are intended for all levels of fitness. Our goal is to accelerate your fat-burning potential and increase your overall energy levels throughout the day.

    Our nationally certified trainers will lead you through several high intensity strength and cardio exercises designed to challenge your strength and endurance while burning lots of calories. This fitness class is efficient because you work your entire body– heart and muscles–by going from one exercise to another with no rest. The workouts involve calisthenics like push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches and other body weight exercises. It’s challenging, fun, and most of all, it is effective.

    Our class sizes are limited which allows our certified instructors the ability to customize and modify workouts specifically to fit individuals needs within the group.  The smaller class size gives our classes a more personal feel.

  • Lunchtime Fitness

    Do you ever feel like your day is dragging and it will never end? Come to BeFIT for a lunch time boot camp. Lunch health & fitness classes are a shorter version of our traditional boot camp. A 30 minute session will allow you to train and get back to work feeling energized and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

    • 1 half hour session: $12
    • 12 half hour sessions: $10/session ($12 savings)
    • 24 half hour sessions: $9/session ($48 savings)
    • 36 half hour sessions: $8/session ($108 savings)
  • Zumba

    Zumba is an extremely fun cardiovascular dance exercise routine that is easy to follow and burns calories at the same time. Zumba choreography combines both salsa and hip hop music along with high-energy dancing, strength training and toning exercises. Participants can burn anywhere from 500-1000 calories in an hour class.

  • Bridal Boot Camp

    Every woman wants to look great on her wedding day. Let the trainers at BeFIT Health Studio help you. We provide a non-threatening, home away from home atmosphere that will allow you to achieve your goals.

    Before settling down and sharing your lives, shape up with a health & fitness class first! Customized his and hers training programs based on individual goals and abilities. Embark on a healthier lifestyle together as you prepare for your big celebration!

    We have specially priced bridal packages that can accommodate bridal party members and couples. Join your partner, wedding party, parents, or guests in a fun, yet challenging Boot camp session. Train together and you will have faster, more dramatic results.

    Couples Training

    • 8 one hour sessions: $720 (1 month)
    • 16 one hour sessions: $ 1360 (2 months)
    • 32 one hour sessions: $2560 (3 months)

    Private Bridal Boot camp

    • Minimum 4 participants: $20 each
  • Corporate Boot Camp

    Reserve our 650 sq. ft. group training room for your next corporate event. Our trainers are the boss and can handle up to 20 team members. Our corporate boot camps are a group atmosphere that boasts fun, health, fitness, motivation, and team building. This class is an intense, 45-minute interval style workout that combines cardiovascular training, resistance training, and sports conditioning training and team building exercises.

  • LA Heels And Pumps

    LA Heels & Pumps is a fun and edgy dance class inspired by today’s hottest female artists! You will learn fun and sexy choreography to your favorite chart topping hits! This class is sure to make you sweat, all while bringing out that sultry confidence every woman has! Ladies, grab your heels and get ready to shake it!
